Meet your new sound-guy.. I mean woman? what. no more reviewing!

I am the WORST at updating this, BUT I had a good reason this time, Carly came thursday night 2 weeks ago and I usaully post things on thursday and after that it all just went downhill.. (oops) BUT I am back to just posting exciting stuff... Well I mean when something actually happens in my life and the first thing was... wow thats long time Ago ummm Sunday April 27th: 

Just rewinding like I dont even know how many weeks, Friday I was asked if I wanted to the runner on a shortfilm where Mark was the cinematographer and I of course said yes. So sunday at around 9.40 I left the house and got on the train, half an hour later Mark go on and we went to a bowling center in a town called 'Hillerød' if any of you should know where or what that is [; haha. Well the director[Thomas] and the producer[Linnea] were late cause they missed a bus, but a lot of actors and actresses and ALOT of extras! Like we're talking 30 peopler who showed up just to bowl all day from 11am to 9pm well more like 12pm to 9.30pm, cause some things went wrong oh well. I got there and we start like putting things up and Thomas turns to me and says "You're our new sound-guy" and I was like? umm... kay? what? I thought was gonna be the runner.. well okay I guess. So Thomas and Mark taught me like the basics of a Zoom (H6, if anyone wanted to know) which is basically a recorder that records sound and it records like background things and bowling and then we connected a microphone which was on a boom pole (basically a microphone on a pole you hold up in the air so the camera cant see it) for the dialogue and stuff. I was fun and exhausting 12 hours is a long time with headphones on and phone and where you have to concentrate and make sure the sound is okay and like sounds alright, but here are a few behind the scenes pictures:

So there's that and the next "big" thing I guess was Thursday May 1st which was also the day me and Karina had known each other for 14 years! (how crazy is that?) Next to my school there is this huuuuuuge park, and what I didnt know was that every May 1st people go to this park (some people are off school and work... mom and brother) and like I dont know if you celebrate, but it was like a movement thing im actually not even sure how to explain, but anyway people meet up there and stuff and I was supposed to meet up with Nanna and Karina, but as soon as I got in the park there were SO many people that I did not have any phone reception AT ALL after about like 30-40 minutes I finally found Nanna, but I had a meeting to go to with some of the Late Night Studio crew so we both got on a bus and went to the train station where Nanna went home and I went to the Subway. After the meeting Nick called me and asked if I wanted a ride to the airport cause he knew that I was picking up Carly (YAY) and he was driving right by where I was so he came and picked me up, but I still had like an hour and half to kill so he called his mom and asked if they were still eating dinner somewhere and so we went there and he got dinner and then we were about to go get gas my mom texted me Saying Carly landed already, so we rushed to the airport, but apparently she had to sit on the plane for half an hour even though it was on the ground.


The next day we went to school (well Carly and I) and it was alot of fun, she joined danish class oh and the first thing that happened in class was that out of like 26 people I think we were 6 including Carly who actually did homework and my teacher kicked everyone out so we were like 6 people left. She asked my group to speak english so that Carly was able to actually join whatever it was. Next was math which is never fun, but its alright I guess. Then we went to the grocery store to get lunch and when we came back we had Chem. We brought all our stuff to the lab and well here's what happened:

Well we were done with the lab so we just went to the cafeteria before we were allowed to go home.


when we got home we skyped Ladina for a bit and then Karina came ove rand we went back to school for the last "kind-of-a-party-but-not-really-thing" at school, Helena was sick she went home during school, but later when we got cold and hungry we all (Carly, Karina, Nick, Alek and I) went to get Pizza and then we went to Helenas house with chocolate and stuff to make sure she was okay. We were only supposed to stay there for like.. I dont know not long, but ended up staying there for 2 hours [oops] it was fun though she felt a lot better. Nick and Alek drove us home which was awesome.

The next day We had to go to a swap-market which was a small one and not very fun, but just to show Carly we went. Nanna came with us.
this is what happened.

When we got home we had to prepare my birthday and the last thing we did was writing "Regi" on danish flags to put them in the ground so that people who didnt know exactly where my house was could find it from the busstop. And my neighbors helped Carls with that:

Well oh well people started showing up at around 6pm we had food. Outside. That was cold and windy. But fun . I guess. We got inside and started talking and I was just making fun of Nanna who told me as a joke she was gonna make a toast and the Helena started clinking a glass with a knife and asked if everyone could see the TV and most importantley if I could and then she started playing this video where she started off by saying that she didnt know if I knew, but there are alot of people who care about me and after that all these short videos of people wishing me happy birthday [INCLUDING CARLY. LIKE WHAT?] and in that moment I just didnt even know what to with myself and I dont even know it was crazy. I'm sorrounded by the best people in the world and I do not know what I would do without them so if any of you are reading this: from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU! and a big THANK YOU to Helena if she's reading this, I really appreciate it. Like I still dont know what to say and then when that was over Karina had this big canvas that said "Regitze 18 år" which basically means 'Regi, 18 year' I guess thats obvious and she asked everyone to write like a note and/or a message or draw something which was really nice so thank you!!!!!! and then even though I did ask peope to not bring me anything, they did. So i opened up presents and after that we had an AMAZING cake that Karina made: 

and the leftovers were like AMAZING.. like you dont understand it was REALLY good. We got coffee (and kahlua, with bailey) and at around like 1am most of the people went home and Carly went to bed cause she was not only sick(she had a really bad cold) but really tired. Then Nanna, Karina, and Emil stayed. They started talking about scary movies so we watched some comedy where I kind of fell asleep. At about 3am they all went home and I went to bed. It was an amazing day and I cant thank everyone enough for coming or being in the video it was awesome[: 

oh wait im not done with my adventures, sunday we went to the Zoo. Cause Carly had to leave at like 8pm so we all went to the Zoo and it was so much fun havent been there in ages! :D

well that was basically all from my 'adventurous' 3 weeks... no 2 weeks? I dont know.... I will keep posting stuff every thursday, but it will probably only be when something exciting happens... cause reviewing is boorrringggg! So yeah. School ends tuesday next week, Proms on thursday which is a lot different and here we call it 'Galla' which you guys might be familiar with. I dont know. Well have a great Monday I will be posting stuff thursday next week, cause I wont be experiencing anything really exciting 'til like thursday night (well you never know) but have a great day, mine is over..
