Another apology...

So yes..I know I apologize every time I get on here again and this time i've just been procrastinating and forgetting to post, but some of you might've seen all the pictures I posted on facebook a few weeks ago from Sweden.. and here's whats up with that: 

Thursday, January 16th 2014, 6pm, Copenhagen 

My dad drove me to the school with my big duffle bag and my backpack cause we were going on a skiing trip, with school. 

We drove about and hour or 40 minutes 'til we got to the ferry and we were on our way to Kläppen, in Sweden.

we finally got on the ferry, it only took like 20 minutes.

then I had to help Victor with a movie he was shooting so Helena took my camera and went outside with some people from the school...

then we got on the bus once again and I got really tired, but its hard sleeping on a bus so at around 4 or 5 am, I tried the floor which was way more comfortable and I slept for about and hour 'til we stopped for a break and the bus driver told me that the aisle between the seats had to be clear for people to get through. 

the floor is comfortable. Just saying. 

After 11 hours on a bus we finally made it to Sweden: 

Friday, January 17th 2014, 6.30am, Kläppen ski-resort, Sweden

We got our cabins and keys and got all settled in with the food and our stuff. The ski lift didnt open 'til 9.30am and I had skiing lessons at 10am so I went to bed while everyone else in my cabin played a danish kind of trivial pursuit.

In my cabin was: Me, Helena, Caroline, Aleksander(Alek), Nicklas, and Lasse. 

 I finally fell asleep, but was woken up by a loud screaming and yelling cause Melanie and Lisbeth came in to say hi and it was around 8.30am. A guy from the organisation who we ordered the trip from came in with lift passes and stuff. and then we had to change into skiing clothes and all that, but before that Helena wanted nachos. 

Skiing lessons were fun and after 1 and a half hour of that I found Nicklas. He, Lisbeth, Kristian and I went to the cafeteria on the top of the hill and the way up there was beautiful

Friday January 17th 2014, 2:39pm, ski-resort-Cafeteria, Sweden, 

 The lift trip up there was beautiful and when we got to the cafeteria we met Lasse who had been sitting there for about 2 hours alone just waiting for some people he knew and when no one came he was on his way out, we got there and he sat with us for another hour.
- well I should probably let you know that Lasse usually snowboards and don't know how to skii, but the resort messed it up so he got skiis and couldnt get down the hill from the cafeteria, at least not alone.

it was really expensive so I didnt really get anything, but everyone else got ho chocolate and food I just ate cranberries and milkchocolate that I had in my pocket. 

when we got out we were discussing how to get down and what way we were gonna go. Then we met Carolina. 

we went down the hill and the battery to my GoPro(Small camera strapped to my chest) died. So i didnt get any more footage or pictures of snow and hills that day, but when we got down Lasse, Lisbeth, Kristian and I tried to find a way home cause we were cold and had been skiing for about 5 hours. 

when we got inside we tried playing trivial pursuit-Denmark edition, but we never got that far oh and Alfred came in and joined us. 

Friday January 17th 2014, 4:06pm, our cabin 

Nicolai came in (or 'Red' as people call him) and later that day more people came in and joined our little gathering.

at around 5pm we got really hungry cause we didnt eat lunch, so we made pasta with pesto!

Dont know how he does it. 

But it hurt.

at around 8pm we went sledding, but it was the most boring thing ever so we went back home and cleaned up and set the table while Helena and Alek made dinner. 

Saturday January 18th 2014, 11.04am 

we got up kinda late, but it was all good we waited for Alfred, but he never came cause his boots didnt fit his skii's or something like that. 

we went out and about 2 hours later Melanie and I decided to go home cause it was cold and we were both exhausted so we went back to the cabin and Alfred joined us. 

Saturday January 18th 2014, 1:59pm, our cabin 

So Nicolai or 'red' told us that the x factor repeat was coming on at 2pm so we thought okay since we didnt watch it last night lets watch the repeat and because we had the flatscreen tv in our cabin everyone came in there, but we found out that the repeat wasnt til 5.30pm so this is what we did while we waited.  

Nicklas brought this massage thing and we all loved it, cause when you skii you often get really sore haha!

Sweden is probably the prettiest thing I've ever seen. 

they are cute though. 

 and then at around 5pm  our couch was filled.. well filled means that we were about 10-12 people in our cabin all ready for x factor.

after watching x factor we kinda just sat around, talking, laughing 'til around 7 or 8pm 

thirdwheeling? 

and then we kinda decided to lock some of the guys out
who had to go get something in another cabin.

Well the next thing is kind of a long story, but i'll try and make it short: 

At around 6.30pm everyone who didnt sleep in our cabin left 'cause they had to go eat and we did as well. I started cooking cause it was my day, everyone else cleaned everything up and set the table. Caroline was ..uh yeah kind of drunk, she seemed fine she was kinda bouncy and her balance wasnt good, but she was fine. We sat down, Melanie who actually stayed in another cabin joined us cause she had nothing else to do and we started eating. All of the sudden Caroline didn't seem that fine, she ate.. a little and went to the bathroom. 

After a long time Alek went out to the bathroom and we all heard a loud and clear 'YES' coming from the other side of the wall when he asked her if she was okay. Not even 30 seconds later Nicklas rushed to the bathrrom with Alek right after him 'cause apparently they heard Caroline screaming something, I got up from the table and all I heard was the words "faint" and "she's bleeding" I ran out there and saw Caroline unconscious and bleeding from her nose on the bathroom floor. I dont think i've ever been out the door that fast before, I grabbed Melanies shoes and they were probably about 2 or 3 sizes too small, but I went outside and down a the stairs, saw Victor and another Caroline from my class and Victors friend Emil. I yelled asking where the teachers cabin was telling really fast what happened and Emil who I found out later is a paramedic and a lifeguard ran up there.

I went down a hill and found the teachers cabin and luckily all the teacher were eating in the same cabin so I knocked and heard a "come in" and I opened the door trying to explain what happened when my bio teacher said 'okay I'll go up there, stop panicking' and I didnt even know I was panicking 'til she said that. My bio teacher was moving REALLY slow, like I have never seen anyone move that slow in the middle of an emergency, but it might have to do with the fact that students often overreact and the fact that when I told them Caroline had been drinking they all just shook their heads and rolled their eyes. My bio teacher who's name by the way is Karina went around the cabin real slow, just looking around after something and finally she said 'where are my cigarettes' and I was just standing there like 'seriously, are you kidding me? like Caroline is unconscious and bleeding and you're looking for your cigarettes' well she finally found everything and on our way up there Emil came running down telling us that she was still unconscious, but she was breathing, then when Karina heard that she wasnt conscious she threw her cigarette that she had just lit and kind of started running.
We finally got up there and I went to the back where the table was with Melanie and Lasse. Alek and Helena was upstairs cause Helena was in shock. Some people from the resort came and after about 15 minutes, with Caroline only being able to answer with squeezing Emils hand when asked her questions and shaking uncontrollably they called an ambulance, which was unfortunately about and hour and a half away so we just waited and more and more adults came in asking the same questions over and over agina.

 When the ambulance came they asked us to go into the cabin next door and of course everyone wanted to know what happened, but we just told them that it was nothing and we didnt wanna talk about it. Not even 5 minutes afterwards a guy came in and said we could go back in the other cabin. Helena and Nicklas were upstairs cause they just needed some time and the rest of us went outside and looked at the ambulance. We overheard our danish teacher trying to get a hold of Carolines parents and suddenly they opened up the ambulance from the back and we heard Caroline cough and saw her legs move which was a relieve. 

A guy came over and asked us to go inside and when we got inside he sat us down and said that she was okay and conscious. She was talking and everything and then he explained that what happened was she got a panic attack, so being drunk really had nothing to do with it only the fact that it makes it easier to have one while drunk. Apperently she got a nose bleed and she panicked and fainted, they took her to the hospital and Karina went with her at that time it was about midnight. Alek went upstairs to make sure Helena was okay, Melanie went in to the other cabin where she belonged and around the dinner table was, Nicklas, Lasse, Emil and I. I made hot chocolate and we tried to lighten the mood a bit by making fun of how the teachers were moving so slow cause they didnt really think it was anything bad. We had a few laughs and Emil went back to his cabin and back at the table were nicklas, Lasse and I, just laughing from still being kinda in shock and then because we were over tired and hungry cause she kind of fainted in the middle of dinner and 'til 1am this is more or less what we did. 

 Sunday January 19th 2014, 7.30am, our cabin 

When we all woke up.. way too late Caroline had called. We tried calling back, but it didnt get through. We had to be out of the cabin at 9am and it had to be spotless so yes, we were very busy. Music all turned up and 3 sodas later we went down to the bus with all our things and packed some stuff for Caroline 'cause we didnt know whether she was going back with us or staying at the hospital so we just packed her stuff and left out her jacket and boots. On our way back to the cabin one of the teacher told us she was on her way and would be there around 12. 

January 19th 2014, 10.30am, BBQ grill

at around 11 we had free sausages and soda yay. 

after the BBQ in -32 degrees 'C (-25'F) we went up the hill to a 'warm room' I guess that's what they call it. Basically just a room where you can eat your own food and get the heat back in your body. We went there and made lunches for the trip home. 

at around 12 Caroline was back and we gave her, her clothes and stuff and the bus left the skii resort at 1pm. 

We stopped at burger kind on the way home and we went and got swedish candy. Helena and I watched Despicable me and I watched 'white house down' on my laptop afterwards.

we got to the ferry at around 11.45pm and we were at the school at 12.15an. My dad picked me up and I got home at around 12.45am. Luckily no one on the school had classes 'til 10 because of being home that late thank god. 

It was a great trip and I had a nice and... interesting time. haha. 

Right now im watching the superbowl and I dont wanna know what im going to look like tomorrow. I'm kinda bumped we don't get the commercials over here, since thats more or less the best part besides the national anthem and the half time show.
